a few wee photos from my friend Randy who was here visiting last november... This picture was taken on the beach at the Machair, which is on the west coast of Iona. Randy was on his way home from serving at an orphanage in Tanzania. Having him visit was lovely. My trip to Iona with him only lasted 24 hours because the weather changed and I needed to leave early in order to be back in Glasgow for my meeting the next day. Oh well...it was a good trek and the weather was nice for the time we were there. If you look closely, you can tell that not even the weather can deter me from playing in the sea--since the bottom of my trousers are wet! :o)
